Registration

Students should register in the registration counters and collect their identity cards from 8:30 am on 11th January 2008. We request students to familiarize themselves with the locations of various activities in advance.

SAEINDIA T shirts for pre-registered students will be distributed on 12th January 2008 between 12:00 noon and 3:00 pm

We request students to wear the T shirts for the awards and concluding ceremony.

A spot registration counter has been organized for non-member students wishing to become SAEINDIA student members.

Refreshments

Refreshments, lunch and dinner coupons will be given only to the students participating in various competitions and the faculty advisors.

However, high tea, after the awards and concluding ceremony on 12th January 2008, will be provided to all students attending the convention.
